Spraytec O\u00dc was founded in 1994. The company develops, manufactures and sells construction machinery, putty sprayers, and plaster sprayers.<\/p>\n

In collaboration with our long-term Swedish partner, Hemo Spray & Pump AB, we have developed a unique high-pressure putty sprayer, the Hemo 10. Alongside high-pressure sprayers, we manufacture screw pump-based putty and plaster pumps, as well as plaster mixers for mixing plaster. We also produce accessories for various putty and plaster sprayers.<\/p>\n

We sell the majority of our products in Estonia, Sweden, Finland, and other European Union countries, as well as in Norway and Iceland.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Most of the machine parts are manufactured locally in Estonia, which allows us to assemble equipment according to the client’s needs and ensures fast and flexible supply of spare parts. In addition to our product line, we also design and manufacture equipment according to customer specifications.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are constantly engaged in product development to keep up with new technologies in the construction market. In developing new equipment, we have collaborated with distributors, customers, and material manufacturers such as ICP-Alltek.<\/span><\/p>\n

Over the years, Spraytec O\u00dc has supported Estonian education, participating in various project developments in cooperation with universities. These projects include pumps for a clay printer at the Estonian Academy of Arts, participation in the development of a concrete 3D printer with Tallinn University of Applied Sciences and TalTech, and collaborating with the University of Tartu and Kenya’s Kenyatta University on a joint project to produce pilot equipment for eco-house building.
