The SPR 75 plaster sprayer with a screw pump is designed for pumping and spraying plaster mixtures with a maximum particle size of 4 \u2013 6 mm. The device’s productivity is smoothly adjustable. The SPR 75 plaster sprayer requires compressed air for spraying plaster at 400 \u2013 800 L\/min with a pressure of 3 \u2013 6 bar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Equipped with Spraytec’s largest container and most powerful engine in the product range, this device is suitable for large-scale jobs. Depending on the material used, the mixture can be pumped up to a maximum distance of 60 m.<\/span><\/p>\n

Different spray guns can be used to apply filler plaster on walls and create textured plaster surfaces as desired. The device can also pump floor leveling mixes and fill joints during the assembly of concrete elements.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thanks to its durable construction, galvanized steel body, and large rubber wheels, the plaster sprayer is reliable and convenient to use on construction sites. The device is operated and stopped using a switch-operated control system or radio control.<\/span><\/p>\n

The device can be used in combination with the continuous mixer SPR 40, ensuring a continuous flow of mixture into the mixing pump container. This combination is often used for filling joints during the assembly of concrete elements.<\/span><\/p>\n
