Everything you need in one device!
To simplify user operation, the SPR 90 device integrates both a mixer and a plaster pump. The compact casing makes transporting the two devices easy and allows the entire process to be controlled from a single control panel. The SPR 90 mixer pump is designed for mixing, pumping, and spraying mixtures with grain size of up to 4 mm. The output of the screw pump device can be smoothly adjusted. The SPR 90 mixer pump requires compressed air of 400 – 800 L/min at a pressure of 3 – 6 bar for spraying the mixture.
For the operation of the mixer pump, a connection to the water system is necessary (minimum pressure of 3 bar). The water fittings on the device allow for maintaining consistent water pressure and adjusting the water volume as needed. The device is used for pumping floor leveling compounds, filling joints in concrete element assembly, and finishing facades. Depending on the material used, the mixer pump can pump the mixture up to a distance of 60 meters. With different spray guns, it is possible to apply filling plaster to walls and create surfaces with the desired texture of plaster. Thanks to its durable construction, galvanized steel frame, and large rubber wheels, the mixer pump is reliable and convenient to use on construction sites. The device can be started and stopped using a switch-operated control system or radio control.
